We are step up towards energy revolution, Ruchiex Biofuels Pvt Ltd is a biofuel estate project where the organic and inorganic feedstock that can enter the ROG Well is brought and treated using microorganisms to produce top quality Green Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas.
The project can be established at commercial level to convert all types of organic feedstock to natural gas by processing at one centralized plant. The gas will be compressed at high pressure and can be supplied to industries through cascades of cylinders to replace LPG, Diesel etc. The produced CNG and GD (Green Diesel) can be used in vehicles in existing infrastructure.
The raw material i.e. biomass will be grown by local farmers, so that it will make a good source of income for them.
This process will produce a nutrient-rich organic manure/soil conditioner that can be used in place of chemical fertilizers to grow a variety of crops including fruits and vegetables. The organic manure/soil conditioner by-product from the plant will have beneficial microorganisms, and when applied to seeds, roots or soil, helps build up the micro-flora and thus improves the general soil health. Usage of organic manure will also reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. It contains all that is necessary to grow a healthy plant.
This project also grows towards Biocoal, silage and feed pellet (animal fodder) production with the raw material i.e. Napier grass. Biocoal will be consumed by power plants and in many industrial heating processes on the other side silage and feed pellets will be the best fodder for cattle, sheep and other such ruminants.
